ABOUT THE AUTHOR

oh hey there, I'm brenna.

Welcome to my little corner of the interwebs! I'm Brenna M. Keenan, a debut adult fantasy writer. I'm passionate about creating imagery that immerses readers into the scenes, complex character arcs and growth, and of course, magic. I like to incorporate the harder aspects of love and devotion within my writing—creating emotional connections that make for unforgettable characters. My books are full of hope, adventure, and slow-burn romance. My hope is that within my writing, you'll smile, laugh, and cry—but more than anything, inspire you to be true to yourself.

I'm a coffee fiend, owner of two wonderful rescue dogs and a short bus camper conversion named Monty, a killer of plants (though I try so hard), and a coveted book and record dragon!

MEET ME AT MIDNIGHT: AN RHS ANTHOLOGY

In the mystical depths of the underwater Kingdom of Havfrid, Princess Thessa is thrust into a perilous journey. Banished to land for the duration of the full moon to escape shadowy creatures roaming the ocean and threatening the kingdoms oceanlings, Thessa finds herself chosen by the moon Goddess to fulfill a dangerous quest that sets in motion a series of events that unravels ancient prophecies and challenges her courage. As Thessa navigates uncharted waters, encountering mysterious beings and daunting challenges, her choices resonate through the ocean currents.

Will she triumph in her journey of self-discovery, reshaping her destiny and that of Havfrid, or will the gods demand a sacrifice that echoes through time? The underwater realm teems with anticipation as Thessa's tale unfolds, weaving together courage, magic, and the unpredictable currents of destiny.

"Reading is escape, and the opposite of escape; it's a way to make contact with reality after a day of making things up, and it's a way of making contact with someone else's imagination after a day that's all too real."
